Restoration Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
Servpro of Livingston Parish is seeking a
Restoration Cleaning Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will respond to service calls,
perform cleaning and restoration services, and
support the crew chief and production team to
ensure all customer needs are met. You will play a
key role in helping restore homes and businesses
after property damage—making it “Like it never
even happened®!”
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to service calls as needed
• Inventory and load work vehicles with the
necessary equipment, products, and
supplies for each project
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and
ensure equipment is in good working
condition
• Prepare rooms and work areas for
restoration activities
• Set up staging areas and equipment for
each project
• Perform cleaning and restoration services
following SERVPRO® production
guidelines and crew chief direction
• Communicate effectively with the crew
chief and team members, especially
regarding customer needs and concerns
• Complete end-of-day and end-of-job
cleanup, leaving job sites clean and
orderly
• Follow all safety and risk management
guidelines on job sites, in the office, and
while traveling
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining
vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and
office areas as needed
Qualifications
• Effective oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning and/or restoration
preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Ability to successfully complete a
background check (subject to applicable
law)
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to
100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for
extended periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders and work at
ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl
spaces, attics)
• Ability to perform repetitive pushing,
pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Comfortable working with and around
cleaning chemicals
