Commercial Construction Superintendent

McLin Construction is hiring for a Commercial Construction Superintendent for the Greater Baton Rouge & Surrounding Areas. 

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets standards
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
• Keep accurate records of project progress

• Proven experience in construction management
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and specifications

• Full Time
• Monday through Friday, On Call, Weekends as Needed

• Paid Time Off
• 401(k) after one year of full time employment
