Litter - Who's Responsible? Who Should Clean Up?
Since 2018, the Chamber has been engaged in a litter initiative in Livingston Parish with a purpose of learning more about current actions being taken and providing an opportunity for those frustrated with litter to be involved in actually doing something about it. There is a process to creating a movement - Awareness, Understanding, Buy in - Action etc. We thought with all the outrage at litter, it would easy.
