2026 Denham Springs Mardi Gras Parade - What to know before you go -

Date - Saturday, January 31, 2026

Time: 3:00 p.m. Parade Rolls /

Route: Starts at Denham Springs High School - heads south on Range Avenue (Highway 16) through the DS Antique District - crosses 190 - continues south on Range - turns right on Veterans Blvd and disbands within that block around La Caretta.

The Krewe of Denham Springs recommends you make a day of it. Check out one of the local shops / restaurants / stores before the parade or after.
Prepare for the weather. It’s going to be a cold one but fun! It’s a family-friendly event.

48 Entries – with clubs, floats, music, dance groups. Also featured are the Baton Rouge Beignets and the Flamingeaux's also out of Baton Rouge.

Signature or special throws

Riders will be throwing 1500 - 4-inch mini king cakes from the Krewe’s newest partner, Oak Point. The King and Queen float is bringing back a vintage doubloon along with vintage beads and other nostalgic items.
