GR Griffin Construction, a trusted leader in residential and commercial roofing, is seeking motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a commission based opportunity with unlimited earning potential for high performers. We provide support, training, and all the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options, warranties and company services.
• Negotiate and close contracts with homeowners and property managers
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and the project management team
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
•Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Excellent communication, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
