We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative in our Commercial Waste Services division, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, promoting our range of waste management solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique waste disposal needs.
- Consultative Sales: Educate potential customers about our services, offer customized waste management solutions, and close sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Service and Account Management: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any service concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the waste, environmental services, or a similar industry.
- Proven Success: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with waste management services, recycling programs, and environmental sustainability is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
- Valid Driver’s License: Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
