Role Open: Implementation Coordinator
I’m looking to bring on the right person to support the growth of my construction consulting company.
If you have experience in construction operations, construction software implementation, (JobTread, Buildertrend, Acculynx, etc.), building and implementing efficient work flows, this could be a great fit.
This is a contract-based role, helping builders and subcontractors build out their structure and systems for efficiency, organization, and scale.

You’ll be focused on implementation and buildout, including:
• Building out software systems
• Creating workflows and process structure
• Developing SOPs
• Data organization and system cleanup
• Supporting ongoing process updates
Not client management, not sales, this is execution-focused.

How pay works:
Project-based — you’ll be paid per project or as a percentage of the job. As new clients come in, you’ll be plugged into those builds.
