SETUP DAY: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17
- Doors Open for Setup - 12:30 pm
- Note: All Expo and Table Decor is to be set up the DAY BEFORE the event.
- Setup must be completed by 3 pm (venue closes at that time).
- Booth Open for Attendees - 10:30 am-11:50 am
- Doors open, lunch, networking and expo at this time.
- Grab lunch before the program begins.
- Program Begins - 11:55 am
- Everyone seated as we begin presentation part of the program.
- Program Ends, Pickup of Booths - 1:30 pm
- All booths should be taken down at the conclusion of the program.
