Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients, demonstrating our products, and driving sales growth within designated territories. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  •  Engage in sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective territory management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications
  • 10+ Years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong skills in direct sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on territory management and time management.
