Marshall is the owner and founder of QRF Bail Bonds, proudly serving Livingston Parish and surrounding communities. He is a decorated U.S. combat veteran, a licensed Louisiana Bail Bond Producer, and Property & Casualty Insurance Producer with a strong commitment to professionalism, ethics, and public safety. Rather than simply facilitating releases from jail, Marshall believes bail should promote accountability, encourage successful court appearances, and help reduce repeat criminal behavior through responsible underwriting and client guidance. He currently serves as Membership Chairman for the Association of Louisiana Bail Underwriters (ALBU), where he works to strengthen and grow Louisiana's professional bail industry. Marshall enjoys building relationships with fellow business leaders and is committed to serving the Livingston Parish community with integrity, compassion, and dependable service.
