My name is Tonya Spillman Dean. I am lifelong resident of Livingston Parish and Denham Springs. I am currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the Livingston Parish Fair Association Board. I have been a member the association since 2019 and recently became a a board member and office holder. I have been married to Tal Dean for thirty two years and we have one daughter, Berkley Dean Kinchen. I am a retired Livingston Parish Public School teacher. I taught fourth grade for twenty years, nine at Walker Elementary and eleven at North Live Oak Elementary. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and my Master's in Administration and Supervision. I enjoy my retirement time by volunteering within the community, spending time with my family and traveling as often as I can.
