Take the Litter Free LP Pledge!

We hear time and again, plus notice directly, that litter is a problem in Livingston Parish that must be addressed. We are not alone, as many communities across the nation have this issue. We are working with government entities to learn more about what they are doing to combat this problem.

One thing is clear, we ALL have to do our part to make progress and create change that will help our communities present in the way they deserve. We are working with businesses and residents who care enough to put their thought and awareness into ACTION!

If you #Lovelp and want to see it present better, then take the Litter Free LP Pledge. You can show your community pride by promising to help create a better Livingston Parish. It's pretty simple to get started. Here's how. First, sign the pledge and agree to the following:

I pledge to pick up 10 pieces of litter near my home, work or place of recreation on the 10th of every month.

I pledge to dispose of trash only in intended receptacles.

I pledge to secure items in my car or pickup bed so that they do not become litter on the highway.

I understand that when communities and businesses are clean, they attract more people, improve business and foster a greater sense of
community pride and I will do my part to move toward a #LitterFreelp.
I pledge to do my part for a #litterfreelp
