Business Briefing from the State Chamber of Commerce, LABIFeaturing: Stephen Waguespack, President, Louisiana Association of Business & Industry
In his annual address to Livingston Parish, Stephen Waguespack has presented the top issues facing business at the state level. He brings a fact filled presentation to our local businesses, through our local chamber, on what to watch when the state legislature convenes. Lawmakers at all levels of government cast votes that can have a good, bad or neutral impact on business and their ability to maintain, grow and support local economies. Business has a stake in government efficiencies and use of public funds. Streamlining tax collections and remittance and limits of overreach that cost business can be part of the conversation.
Stephen brings the knowledge and background to inform. One of the most highly anticipated speakers and events in our line up of Business and Industry Updates. Because the Livingston Parish Chamber knows the necessity of having an informed business community, the program will be offered at no charge to our member base representatives and stakeholders, with a preregistered RSVP. A program of the LP Chamber's Business Briefings keeping you and your business informed.
