First Responders Monument - Leadership Livingston Project Reveal -
First Responders Monument - Class of 2021
From the Class of 2021, the First Responders Monument was a project that has been worth the wait. The project includes a highly visible, attractive and one of the newest gems, destination points in Livingston Parish.
First Responders across the parish, and state, will be honored at this monument that has taken on a big life once the Leadership Project Team adopted the project.
Project team members

- Spread awareness about the monument
Officials from the the City of Walker, who were also graduates of the Leadership program, brought the opportunity to the project group. The group accepted the project as their own and has been working on it diligently through completion.
The project was administered through the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Livingston Program. The Chamber also has a C3 arm - Livingston Chamber Foundation - where donations for the project are administered. For more information on the program, contact the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce.
Funds were raised through sponsorship and individual contributions from members of the project group. Over 57 sponsors from the business community, first responder groups and individuals are responsible for the project completion.
