With numbers of COVID infections increasing daily in many states, people are wondering when it will end and when we can begin to start feeling confident in an economic recovery. No one knows for sure when recovery will begin. In the meantime, there are a few things we know about how business and customers have changed. You can use that knowledge to restructure your marketing in order to better position your business for a stronger recovery.

Be honest. Do you love or hate video conferencing? There's nothing more awkward than dialing in to a conference call only to find out it's a video conference call and you haven't showered since the weekend.

We all have the same 24-hour days, yet some business owners are able to accomplish a lot more of their revenue goals than others. Some of that is luck, and a sexy product or service, but in today’s digital marketing a lot of success depends upon building worthwhile relationships and getting off of that unproductive treadmill of doing the work but not going anywhere.

With the passing of the two year anniversary of the "Great Flood of 2016," many of us have been reflecting, if only for a moment, where we were then, and where we are now. It is pretty impressive and we know it didn't come without a lot of long days, hard work and digging in. You all have your own way of reflecting, even choosing not to, and we certainly don't want to interject there.
