Not your ordinary Annual Meeting!There is no better way to kick off the year in Livingston Parish than with a gathering of others who Love Lp! The Chamber's 13th Annual Meeting does just that as we bring together local leaders, businesses, professionals and stakeholders to meet up, inspire and recognize those that have shined this past year. LaTina (Tina) Schaffer, M.A., SHRM-SCP, Chief Equity Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System is an experienced healthcare executive recognized for creating and executing equity strategy to quantifiable business results. Tina has over 25 years of professional leadership experience in human resources and healthcare. She has held leadership positions requiring a “can-do, BOLD” attitude, swift execution, and accelerated change management.
Tina is a proud native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is passionate about serving in her local community and advocating for the underserved. Her most valued life accomplishment and true zeal is being a wife and mother. She serves actively in her church and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
