Client Services - Front Desk Associate

This position is for a FULL TIME client services representative. M-F 9-5 with additional hours possible, if desired. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, self-driven person who would like to work in a naturally-minded medical spa. While the setting is relaxed, we have a wide range of offerings and services so the ability to critical think and multi-task is a MUST. Protocols and practice guidelines are already established so you will not have to guess at what you should be doing. The starting pay is $10/hourly but can be increased after a probationary period. Job duties include:
-scheduling appointments
-answering phones, returning texts, voicemails, and facebook messages
-checking people in and out at the front desk
-making sure appointments are confirmed
-scanning documents, faxing orders
-being able to answer client questions about all of our many services and products
-keeping client areas clean and orderly
-restocking snacks, toiletries
-conflict resolution
