Responsibilities include:
  • Answering multi-line incoming calls
  • Directing calls to the appropriate team member, taking phone messages when necessary.
  • Creating or noting Service Tickets in relation to customer calls for the Tech Dept.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintaining employee and department directories; Ext/Cell phone list.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception/conference room area.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies. 
  • Replenishing items throughout the office and cafe.
  • Filing documents electronically.
  • Inspection of and signing for received shipments.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be punctual; consistent absences and tardiness are not acceptable.
  • Must be a positive-minded, motivated, self-starter with high attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Must be able to handle pressure at times while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must be comfortable working independently with little-to-no supervision.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written - telephone, e-mail, and in person.
  • Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Skype/Teams.
**There are 2 shifts available: 8:00-12:30 & 12:30-5**
