JOB DESCRIPTION
A well-established company in Baton Rouge is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join the team!  Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the executive team, managing the corporate calendar, planning and executing corporate events and meetings, making travel arrangements, producing internal professional materials and presentations, as well as assisting with the generation of external marketing materials.  Qualified applicants will have a 2-5 years of administrative support experience.  Experience with Photoshop and InDesign a PLUS! Position will pay in the range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience.  

Executive Administrative Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promptly answer phones and transfer calls
  • Manage calendars
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce professional materials and presentations
  • Interact with client and coworkers with a professional, can-do attitude
Executive Administrative Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign a PLUS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
