The Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Applications are only available to graduating seniors who attend schools in Livingston Parish. Scholarships will be awarded in $500 increments. \n\n \n\nPlease fill out the application linked above and include all necessary materials in your application packet.  Applications and essays MUST be TYPED to qualify. Students who receive this award have demonstrated the capability to overcome unique challenges.\n\n\n\nAlice Sibley Scholarship Career & Technical Scholarships\n\nAwarded to students as an alternative to a 4 year post secondary path and who are more likely to advance their careers through career and technical training including\, but not limited to\, the skills needed for construction trades\, restaurant industry\, automotive industry\, industrial positions and other opportunities for certifications and specialized skills. Career and Technical Scholarships are offered for students that choose a career path through their studies to obtain credential for direct entry into the workforce and / or continuing their education. Requirements for the program and award are different from other applications and allow students with a different path than a traditional 4 year university an opportunity to achieve recognition and funds for their career. The scholarship is named after Alice Sibley\, a Business Education Teacher\, High School Guidance Counselor and the Career & Technical Education Coordinator for LPPS. Ms. Sibley paved the way for a strong and successful Career & Technical Program in Livingston Parish.
