It brings very few chances to stand in the same room as the people on your ballot and hear from them directly.\n\nThat is what this evening is for.\n\n\n\nThe Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce invites you to Meet Your Candidates: Livingston Parish\, an open forum and meet and greet ahead of the upcoming election. Come hear from candidates\, ask your questions\, and get a sense of the people who want to represent you before you cast your vote.\n\nWhat to expect\n Doors open at 5:00 PM. Arrive early to visit with candidates one on one before the program begins.\n\n\n\nAt 5:30 PM\, candidates in a number of contested races will each have three minutes to address the room and share their priorities. Additional candidates will be introduced and acknowledged during the program.\n\n\n\nThe evening wraps at 7:30 PM\, with time throughout to shake hands\, ask questions\, and talk directly with the people on your ballot.\n\nRaces represented\n Candidates have been invited from races across the ballot\, including:\n\n\n	U.S. Senate and the 6th Congressional District\n	District Attorney\, 21st Judicial District\n	District Judge\, 21st Judicial District\n	City Judge\, City of Denham Springs\n	Mayor\, City of Denham Springs\n	Livingston Parish School Board\n	Denham Springs City Council and Albany Town Council\n	Justice of the Peace and Constable seats across the parish\n\n\nWho should come\n Anyone who votes in Livingston Parish.
